Thanks for the prompt service. My one disappointment was that the product was 1. not available in a retail store and 2. only came in such teeny tiny packages! I needed to make one and a half gallons of jam! How can the "source" of this product not have it available in all of the sizes in which it comes?!

disappointed

I'm disappointed that Ball has discontinued the larger package, that let you make 6 pints of jam. I've tried converting to these smaller packets that only let you make 2 pints (what a waste). I've also tried the large jar neither taste the same as the old product. VERY disappointed.

Failed jams saved by Instant Pectin

I make many jams and jellies. Not all of them work out! I have learned orange marmalade can take 2 weeks to set. I always ad one package of this to boost the setting up time...although I make it the old fashiomned way,this cuts the setting time by a week! I also use it on jalapeno pepper jellies that sometimes turn into a thick sauce not jelly.This fixes it! I have at least a dozen of these in the pantry...when the stores stop carrying it in the winter I buy it dirctly from the company!
