Good Value, Great Machine

I LOVE this machine! The churning action is smooth, and my ice creams freeze up to a nice soft-serve in just a few minutes. Very easy to clean, very easy to assemble. The best part about it, though, is that unlike other machines, there's no messing with ice and salt, just take the core out of the freezer and go!

The Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker Model ICE-21is an excellent choice for making ice cream at home which I made two days after receiving it.(I froze the canister for about 24hrs). I had a quart of vanilla ice cream in about 25 minutes, it was so easy, and it was very firm and I could have eaten it immediately but froze it for several hours to serve it for dinner. I definitely recommend this model .

The ice cream maker is very easy to use. It requires you to plan ahead to make ice cream as the bowl has to freeze for 16-24 hours. The ice cream is very soft and melts quickly when you eat it right out of the machine but it sets up nicely when you freeze it for a while. The machine is fairly noisy, but it only takes 15-20 minutes to make so it's not a big problem. I've used it several times since receiving it two weeks ago and I love it. The pumpkin pie ice cream (from Cuisinart's website) is delicious!

This really works-Makes soft/frozen ice cream

This product is perfect to make 5 1/2 cup size ice cream servings. I am on a special diet so this allows me to have the proper ingredients. It is easy to clean and keeps frozen well.

Good product

I really like this because it is easy to use, my only issue is that I wish it made a bigger batch!
