This is a wonderful product I have had no problem with brown sugar staying fresh now, and I did receive a totally cracked container and your customer service dept was wonderful when I reported the problem and replaced the item now I know why you company is so popular and will continue to purchase my products from you, again Thank You and I love my container now with fresh brown sugar.

We were having problems with our brown sugar that consistently was getting hard. After seeing this keeper we decided to try it. It has worked exactly the way it was advertised. The sugar is not getting hard and remains soft. I would recommend this to others.

so far so good! every container has always let air in and made my brown sugar stale and hard. This one, so far so good! I am pleased to say that my brown sugar is soft and fresh!

After soaking the disk and drying it as the directions stated, I put about one half a bag og brown sugar in the container with the disk. When I went to use the brown sugar about one week later, the brown sugar under the disk was now solid chunks of sugar--white and hard. I am not sure why it did not work.

No instructions. Does the terra cotta ring go in the lid or on the sugar? I haven't had it long enough to tell if it will keep brown sugar moist or not. Others that have used a terra cotta ring say it doesn't work and that I wasted my money. That remains to be seen.

I like the terracotta stone that keeps the sugar moist and generally like the way the lid opens and latches. The square shape is good for storage as well.
