You schedule the frequency you wish to recieve orders in one-month, two-month, three-month,
and six-month intervals. Choose your preference and we'll send out the shipments
on that schedule automatically. You can return and modify your subscription schedule
online at any time. You'll only be charged for each order when the item is shipped.
The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order
is placed, plus any applicable sales tax.
Update or Cancel at Any Time
Simply login to your "Manage Recurring Orders" page in Your Account at any time
to modify the frequency of your shipments, the quantity of your subscription, and
billing or shipping address and payment methods. Changes will take place immediately
and will be applied to all unshipped orders associated with your subscription.

This brown sugar keeper meets all of its quality requirements with the exception of being to small. If you are a baker and buy the brown sugar bags this container will not fulfill the requirements of holding the full contents of the bag. Very disappointing because it is a great container! It needs to be made bigger to accommodate the appropriate size bags of brown sugar. Or consumers buy 2 containers to be safe.
This product is great but you have to realize that it only holds a 1 lb. bag of brown sugar. I didn't pay attention to that. The only brown sugar I have ever purchased comes in a 2 lb. bag. This container is too small to be useful to me for brown sugar!
so it's hard to rate right now! Washing and loading it up with brown sugar was the easy part. I soaked the disk for the recommended time and stuck that into the sugar. I've had it a week or 2 and all seems to be good! I'm used to a hard lump of sugar that I have to manipulate to cook with, I look forward to this ending that problem!
My only complaint about the product would be in the description. Since brown sugar in the US is sold in lbs. it would be helpful for the description to say "can hold a 2 lb. bag/box of brown sugar". It does.
Regarding the measuring cups, they are perfect. A nice weight and I like the 6 different sizes to accommodate everything
This is my second brown sugar keeper. It's a great product. I used to waste a lot of sugar because I would use maybe a 1/2 cup from a new box and then the remainder would get really hard and I would throw away the rest. I purchased it to try out as it was inconvenient for me to out to buy a new box even though I had all the other ingredients for a recipe.
I purchased my first one and fell in love with it. It keeps the sugar soft at all times and when I need it, it's there. Considering a box of brown sugar cost around $1 this is not a cheap product. I thought I would save a little money by purchasing just the disk and using it with one of my air tight containers. However, it didn't work. While it's not cheap, it's a great product and the cost will be made in time as I expect to use this product for many years to come.
I was so pleased to get my brown sugar keeper and I am thinking of getting more. I like the being able to see my sugar and also that it comes with a terracota disc to keep my sugar soft. I like the way it locks and being able to see when you need to get more sugar.
I haven't had my sugar in this sugar keeper long enough yet to determine if it does what it is advertised to do so I am not comfortable recommending it. If it does do what it is advertised to do I will be very happy since I have used similar terra cotta disks in other canisters and my sugar still got very hard and lumpy. I do think it is a bit pricey for a plastic canister though.
I was skeptical at first if the keeper really works to not harden my brown sugar. When it arrived, I followed the direction for the disc and put my hard brown sugar in it. The next day I checked and was surprise to find out that the sugar became soft again. I was amazed.
