Love the pot however it is hard to clean

I like the calaphon cookwear however find them hard to clean by hand.

Great pan--functions as well and looks as nice as All Clad with a much more affordable price.

For my money the Tri-Ply Series can't be beat

First use, some pitting. Cleaned up.

Made oatmeal on a inductive cooker. Pitting evident in the bottom of the inside after washing. Used Bar Keeper's Friend and the pitting is gone.
