The one criticism of this kettle is that it is designed with the handle covering the opening--requires a little finagling to get the faucet over the opening, and to get your hand into it to clean. The product itself is excellent.

I encountered this kettle on vacation and loved it. It's quick and can be placed handsomely at table. Another wonderful bonus is that it will stay much cleaner than my previous stovetop kettle. What's not to like?

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars...this is my 2nd kettle. If they fix the bugs with the base burning out, then it would be the perfect item. It lasted about two years. After the first one went, I bought a different kettle and found myself longing for this one. So i gave it a second chance. It heats up quickly and looks neat on the counter. People always complemented it's modern design.

I really like this kettle. Small and quiet compared to the Cuisinart Jug Kettle which I loved the look of but had to return b/c it stopped working.

I've purchased several of these kettles for our home and for gifts. It's a perfect product; it works great and looks beautiful. It's timeless, looks good anywhere. It's efficient, heats water quickly and quietly. It's easy to keep clean. I wish every product performed its purpose as well as this kettle does its job!
