Made of indispensable multi-layered stainless steel, this 6-in. Saucepan is from Mauviel’s sleek-looking and innovative M'Cook line. The M'Cook range features pots and pans with an elaborate 5-layer insulation system, which ensures professional results. Two of those layers are made of aluminum for quick heat conduction and even distribution. Another layer, consisting of magnetic stainless steel, enables the use on induction hobs. The remaining two layers are crafted out of 18/10 stainless steel. Cast stainless steel handles, fixed by sturdy rivets, and functional non-drip edges are also great features of this saucepan.

Perfect pot for two

As a 'well seasoned cook' who has had multiple types of cookware over the years I wish I'd known about Mauviel earlier. My wonderful daughter (a pastry chef) introduced me to the brand when she indulged herself with a dutch oven. We made the best risotto in that pan and I was hooked.
The price is expensive; but the quality without equal. The old adage 'you get what you pay for' is really true. Can hardly wait to add to my collection.
