Pricey but Attractive

Even discounted, this was pricey for a 1 quart tea kettle. This was purchased for someone who has some physical limitations so its light weight and ergonomics are great (and there aren't many choices at this size if you don't want a built in whistle). Besides the price, the only other negative is the lack of any care instructions-any instructions at all, coming with the unit. I found them on line and there was a long list INCLUDING, only use over low to medium heat. I find that a nuisance as it really slows down how fast the kettle can heat water. Otherwise, it's attractive and works great.

Perfect for a small kitchen and one person. I was looking for small teapot due to my apartment's very small kitchen space and stove top, I also preferred one that did not whistle. The top is a bit awkward to remove and replace - but it has a little arrow on the lid that aligns with one on the pot to make it easier. Other than that, its great, good quality.
