The only reason I did not rate this product a 5 was because I would have loved to get a pot cover for this pan....even though it is small. Sometimes I need to use a plate to cover the top when I make myself some oatmeal. Other than that, I have used it several times already since I received the pan and love it very much....it is made with top quality stuff...

I added this pan to my Calphalon Collection because I know what a great workhorse it is. Now that I no longer cook professionally, I still want great tools when I cook for myself, my husband and company. The Tri-ply pans are great for all my cooking. This gives me a smaller pan to work my magic in. It heats evenly so I can melt butter, make caramel or small sauces quickly and easily without worrying about hot spots and burning. Cleanup is a breeze. I've loved and trusted all my Calphalon pans for more than 15 years and I'm sure this one will live up to my expectations also. Looks good, cooks great, cleans easily. What more could you ask? And a great price, too.
