A can opener is a can opener or so I always thought. But this one was either on sale or there was a free shipping offer and I thought why not? I'd been having trouble with my long time opener but I chalked that up to aging me. This one is a joy to use, easy to hold, to turn the handle, and it does a great job. I'm only sorry I waited so long.

Oxo makes the best tools. I bought this as an alternate to my battery powered one (worthless) when it was out of charges.

Finally! A can opener that is not a struggle to use. I didn't think it would be so easy as there are so many look-alikes that are useless. THIS one works!
