Cover Included
We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove particles stuck in the blade from the back side whenever possible. To remove "stuck on food" from the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth. Store with cover on when not in use.

I've gone thru several graters that didn't hold up to regular use over time, but this one is very sturdy and works very well.

you may see less expensive graters in stores or on cooking.com...forget them and buy the microplane - one can really shred cheese - long, fine, thin cuts....all vegetables are easy....you do not have to apply real force to get a good cut - safer.....a really good product.

Easy to use and clean. All blades work well and the handle on top allows you to hold the grater in place while in use.

this product is very sharp and does a great job with grating. I like it and just need to watch myself. Its much sharper than my old one. The guard helps keep me from scraping my hand when not being used.
