Crispy bacon in no time!

I bought this item because our dinnerware is not particularly microwave safe-- it was getting pretty hot in there, which was bad for the plates and meant it took longer to cook things. With this bacon plate, the cooking time was cut from about 2 minutes per strip of bacon to 45 seconds! Bacon comes out nice and crispy, all the fat is trapped in the pan, and clean up is a snap.

Product could be deeper.

I bought this product to replace a rubbermaid bacon grill. I counld not locate a rubbermaid at the time. The nordic ware is thinner and does not have deep valleys to catch the grease so I use a lot of paper towels under the bacon and so far have not had a problem with grease overflowing.

Bacon Grill

This bacon grill does a great job. In a matter of minutes, crisp bacon is produced and is not greasy. I highly recommend this product.
