Spring whisk best for sauces

This whisk is a pleasure to use. I've already used it to beat eggs and make sauces. It works better in a pan than a French whisk, keeeping the bottom edges of the pan from scorching the sauce.

Works wonderful, bought it to replace a missing wisk I had that was perfect for scrambling/whipping eggs. The spring capability and its ease of use are wonderful. Gets a lot of air into the eggs. Would be great for any other liquids. Rounded shape is great!

SSS Whisk by MIU

One can no longer find the old fashioned stainless steel whisk...all I have seen are the flat whisks....that is until I found the above at your site. It is actually much better than the wire whisks I have always used. Making smoove gravy and or sauces this is the very best.
