I like this Twist n grate very much. I have used it to shred cheese and ginger - works extremely well. Another nice feature is that it folds down to fit in a drawer and not take up very much space. The only problem I had was that the box shows the handle folding down. I cannot find the button to make this happen. There is no instruction pamphlet with this item - it would help.
