aluminum means fast, even heat distribution. The 18/10 stainless steel and
silicone rubber handle is molded to fit your grip, is soft and cool to the touch even

This pan is great to use for everyday. It doesn't scratch and I put it in the dishwasher and it never sticks.

Another great skillet. It browns well, and is very easy to clean. Needs little or no oil, which is helpful for those watching their weight.

My first use was to pan-broil a Delmonico steak. It only took several minutes to turn a beautiful crusty brown and was almost fork tender...barely touched it with a knife. Clean-up was so very easy. Sorry I waited so long to purchase my pans...BUT...perhaps that's why I appreciate them so much.

I enjoy the Anolon products more than Calphalon. Heavier pans that last longer and distribute heat more evenly. I cook at home for our family every day and I've been using my Anolon set for 4 years now and still no signs of wear except the one skillet that we use every single day to fry eggs was starting to stick a lttle. That's why we ordered a new skillet.
The weight of Anolon could pose a problem for the elderly or someone with arthritis.
