For the price, this is an exceptional pan. I have a larger one like this and it works well with what I make i.e. top-stove and oven baking in the same pan. Absolutely great!

I am disappointed in this pan. While it is heavy and seems well made, the bottom is not flat. So oil runs to the edge and it rocks on our ceramic top range. I'd not buy one again.
