I love my new pan
I just wish that the handles would remain cool while I am cooking with this pan. I have to use hot pads to hold the pan steady and to remove the contents.

Just the right size

Good for lots of tasks. Solid quality feel with a nice shape for frying small amounts with plenty of room for a pan room for sauce.

Everyday Pan Rocks

I purchased this pan on a special from Cooking.com and absolutely LOVE it. I used it for the first time to saute zucchini, onions and crookneck squash in olive oil. Has to be the easiest pan I have ever used. Love the size for sauteing and ease of cleaning - I look forward to expanding my collection on this brand of cookware.

I really like this pan and wish I had purchased the 12" pan at the special sale price as well. I have always thought this pan was out of my price range and was thrilled when I came across the sale. The pan is a quality product. It is a great size for our family. The double handle makes lifting a hot pan much safer. The large handle on the glass lid facilitates lifting the lid and clean-up is easy, easy, easy. Thank you.

Fantastic Pan/Fantastic Price

I bought this pan on the recommendation of a friend. It's a piece of Calphalon that I did not have in my collection (which is of the Hard Anodized variety). The price was too good to pass up so I ordered it. I LOVE IT! It truly is an "every day" pan with a 1001 uses.

Non-stick Pan with glass lid-new favorite

I love everything about this pan - its size, its weight, the way it cooks, its flexibility as to what I could in it, the perfecty fitted lid and the way nothing sticks, nothing scorches and it takes two seconds to clean. I normally use old copper pans from my grandfather's restaurant, but this pan has moved me into the 21st century.

I really like this pan/lid combo. The lid fits well and the pan cleans easily. It is much smaller than I anticipated, but will work fine for a one to two person dish.

I use this pan for almost every meal I cook. It is really every bit as great as it was advertised to be. I have been disappointed many times by pans that we supposed to be easy to use and clean. However, the pans were not what they were advertised to be. This pan was even better than I thought it would be. I love it!!!

The previous, same, pan was made in Toledo, lasted for good long time, and we were VERY dissappointed that the new one is lighter, handles are different, and of course made in China. I would have paid $10 more to get one EQUAL to the old one.

Perfect Size

The 10" Everyday Pan is the perfect size for most of my cooking projects. I love the fact that it has loop handles instead of a long, cumbersome handle that makes a pan hard to use in the oven and hard to store. Over several years I have worn out three of the 12" pans (largely from my abuse,)and I find that I always choose the everyday pan over my collection of high quality cookware.

I was expecting a slightly larger pan to replace a current one, but after using this one, it's great. Cleans up easily and is a great addition to the cupboard.
