Dimensions are misleading

This is a very nice pan, but the photo dimensions are misleading. It is 10-inches in diameter but it is not very deep, essentially a handle-less frying pan. It will be good for dishes you start on the stove and then put in the oven or paella or casserole-type dishes but it does not have the capacity I expected.

I like the versitility of this product. The only thing I can say negative about it is that it is a little too small. Otherwise I am very pleased with it.

Love the pan size & the lid. I was a little unhappy that the handles get hot. Other pans in my set do not, but other then that it's great. And, WOW, really fast ship. I hardly turned around and my order was here. Thanks

size of pan

To be honest. I thought it was going to be larger than the actual size it came in. I was going to return it. But then I thought why don't I try it out first. I was happily surprised. I use this for making my side dishes and lots of veggies. it's the purfect size for when you already have 2 large pots on the stoveand need a third. love that it has 2 smaller side handles instead of one long handle that usually gets in the way.I use it sometimes like a wok to stir-fry my veggies and other times like a pan for rice. it's great. I'm so glad that I tried it out first before sending it back.

Even heat distribution; good lid

I bought the 10-inch nonstick everyday pan with glass lid by Calphalon because of the sale price, but also because I wanted a smaller cooking pan. I am in a two-person household, so I don't need giant pans for most meals except when there are guests.
The heat distribution on the pan is great, and the lid fits well. I wish, however, that it was a little deeper. Also, it is a pain to clean. The lid's glass is already cloudy and there seems to be nothing that will take care of that problem. I had to scrub the pan multiple times just to get off water residue from boiling some veggies in it!

I've used this pan twice now and I love it! You can see through the lid while cooking and it is so easy to clean up afterwards.

This is the 3rd Calphalon pan I have bought, I love them all. The size of this one is perfect and love the ease of cleaning and nothing sticks to it. I will be buying more of Calphalon pans as I can to replace old cheap ones that just dont work that well.

Nonstick Everyday Pan with Glass Lid (10-in.)

This pan lives up to its name because I have used it almost everyday since I received it. The glass lid is an added bonus. This pan would be absolutely perfect if it came in a 12-inch size - the 10-in. is good for a small batch of paella.

Poor quality

Was very excited about this purchase. I just used the pan last night and washed in the dishwasher. The entire pan on the outside clouded over and turned grayish white color! I am very disappointed to say the least! Would not recommend to others...

I bought this pan as a gift for my significant other, who does most of our cooking. When I removed it from the box, I was somewhat disappointed with the size of the pan. It seemed smaller than I expected. Oh well, I wrapped it up anyway, thinking it was just me. Although my guy was polite after opening this product, he finally admitted that he thought it was too small to be useful for our household (he cooks for four- the two of us, and my elderly parents who stay with us). The pan was attractive, seemed to be a good weight, and had the glass lid to allow viewing of contents while cooking. I was going to send it back, but at the last minute I wrapped it for my sister and her husband, who are recent "empty-nesters" and owners of Calphalon cookware. She loved it!

My new everyday pan

Being a single, busy professional woman, I like the convenience of one-pan meals. My new Caphelon 10" everyday pan is a pleasure to cook in and it looks nice when left on the stove top during non-cooking hours. The glass lid is a bonus and makes overseeing the cooking process easier.

Great pan.

It is the work horse of our kitchen. It is perfect for two or a small saute for our family of 4. I loved it so much I gave it to my sister-in-law. She wanted more and threw out two pans to make room for her new acquisitions.
