The 10-in. Everyday Pan is an all-purpose pan. Use it for searing, browning and sautéing vegetables and meats as well as making the classic Spanish dish, paella. The two loop handles make for easier lifting, and the heavyweight, domed stainless steel lid prevents the moisture from escaping and allows heat to easily circulate.

Backed by a lifetime warranty, Calphalon's Commercial Nonstick Cookware is made to professional standards, offering the home chef unsurpassed cooking performance, superior construction and lasting durability. What sets it apart from other Calphalon lines is the LRS3 (Lifetime Release System), a multi-layer nonstick material that's internally reinforced for effortless release and easy cleaning. Oven safe to 450 degrees F, the Commercial Nonstick line also features a durable and attractive stainless steel lid that securely traps in juices as you cook. Each pan is made of a heavy-gauge aluminum, all-metal construction that provides superior cooking performance through even heat distribution.

My pan is completely dependable. It cooks, cleans quickly and evenly. A pleasure to use. The only shortcoming I've found is cooking in a pan without a traditional long handle takes some getting used to.

A cheap Chinese knock-off of Calphalon.

by william, CA
July 11, 2009

When they moved their production to China, the thickness and quality of finish went down. This is a mere shadow of its former self.

The various and sundry Chinese factories they have contracted this out to are cutting corners for increased profit.

It is Calphalon in name only.

Although it seems counterintuitive to use a fry pan without a traditional handle, this pan is actually one of the easiest to use. The two handles allow easy movement on the stove and certainly make carrying it simpler. No more balancing acts when the pan has a sauce or other liquid in it and stirring ingredients while it's on the stove is easy since you can spin it 180 degrees and grab hold of another handle to steady the pan while you tend to what's cooking. It's a pleasure to use, and even better to clean.

I bought this pan when it was on sale for <$40. It is great for browning meat adding ingrediants and popping the whole thing in the oven. It makes a good looking serving dish as well.

The non-stick performs well and the pan seems to heat quite evenly. A good buy for what I paid for it.

Made in CHINA for Calphalon

by Elizabeth, OK

This Nonstick Everyday Pan is NOT the same quality of the Everyday Pan I purchased 3 years ago. It is lighter in weight, and made in CHINA, while my previous HEAVIER one was made in TOLEDO, OHIO! This difference should be made in your advertisements!

Great little pan for two

by russ, AZ
November 14, 2007

I've been cooking for friends and family for nearly 50 years and since I retired a few years ago, and my wife didn't, I do all the cooking. With only two of us left at home I've searched for pans that will serve to make smaller quantities. This pan is great for that. I really like the metal loop handles that allow it to go from stove top to oven for dishes like Chicken Vesuvio. Of course Calphalon quality will assure this pan will outlast this cook.

I love the pan, only thing that disappointed me was I didn't realize the size was smaller than I thought. I love cooking in it.

This is a high quality product. My only complaint is that it is too small. I use it but am limited by the size.

Great everyday pan for 2

I love the versatility of this pan. Pefect size for 2 people since we are now empty nesters. East cleanup; just a great pan. Wish it also came in a larger size when cooking for company.

Quality Okay. Size is a bit small.

This is sturdy cookware, albeit with minor scratch on lid. But, it is much smaller than you would think.

Pan is way too small!

by Bruce, CA
April 11, 2008

It barely holds one onion and one bell pepper. I think due to its curved sides. The bottom is smaller than 10". I returned the product after one use. Other Calphalon products are great! I bought the 10 piece set when I returned this and a larger nonstick pan.

Versatile cookware for 1 or 2

by Patricia, CA

The 10-in. Nonstick Everyday Pan by Calphalon is a perfect pan when cooking a variety of dishes for one or two. I've used it for chicken and rice dishes, asian stir fry type dishes and casserole-type dishes. The lid allows you to steam and really let the flavors blend. It was the perfect pan for a chicken, egglant and tomato bake (covered.) Clean up couldn't be easier. Another great thing about this pan is that it is heavy enough to generate even heat, but it is light enough for younger or older people to handle easily. Some people have complained about the lack of a long handle on this pan, but to me, that's a plus. It easily fits in the oven, stores more easily, and fits better on the stove stop. I would highly recommend this pan for anyone who cooks for 1 or 2 people.

Well, I should have purchased this early on. What a great addition to anyone's kitchen! It's just right for many cooking chores and I just don't know how I managed without it. I depend on this pan every day. It's a great gift for any occasion. Consider one for yourself and for gifts. I will be doing just that at Christmas! Great price, great pan, reliable company!

Great for left overs

by Andrew, CA
July 13, 2008

At first I bought this pan for leftovers but now I find myself using this pan just about everyday. In fact aside from my wok, I probably use this pan more than any other pan in my kitchen and it was on sale to boot. What a deal!!! Would not only buy again but my girlfriend rushed an order from you when she saw how versatile this pan was! Doesn't take up a lot of space and with the calphalon name I can be assured of many years of use.

Calphalon

by Audrey, CO
December 15, 2008

I love the pan, the only problem I have is that there is a piece of the calphalon that is raised, I am hoping that it does not come off in one big chunk.

I love these two-eared pans because you can serve in them, bake in them, simmer or stirfry. I purchased this one (the fourth or fifth one I've bought) because I got e-mail from our daughter saying that when this pan is not available in her house, they eat out. It's a great one-or-two person size!
