The term everyday pan is just that, one you will use everyday. I have given many of these a gifts and believe no one should start housekeeping without one.

Don't waste your money

The 10-inch "Everyday Pan" by Calphalon was a waste of my money. I say this because it's too small to be really useful. I had expected it to be similar to a frying pan of the same size, but this is considerably smaller. The bottom (cooking) surface is about the same as an 8-inch frying pan. I also think it's too shallow - it simply doesn't have the capacity I would have expected for a 10-inch pan. The quality of the pan seems good, but I don't consider this a good value even at a discounted price because the size limits its usefulness.

Nice Everyday Pan

I use this pan for litterally everything. I like that is really does allow for cooking without additional oil or fat.

to small

I was disappointed to see that this pan was made in China, as opposed to the other Calphlon pans I have that were made in Ohio. I don't think I will buy them over the Internet anymore, since I will have to look at them to determine where they are made. There is a difference in quality.

this is my second 10-in nonstick everyday pan and I still think it's the best value around.

At the sale price, Saute away!

I bought this pan at the insistence of my sister, actually tried to send it to her but she wouldn't give me her mailing address and am I ever glad. I have been sauteeing(sp?) mushrooms for steaks, ingredients for soups and other dishes and the results are astounding. Evenly cooked and quick, besides. I would never have thought the slight difference in shape from my Calphalon fry pan would be so important. So, at the sale price of $40, I am one happy camper!

best non stick

As a frequent cook, I was getting tired of going through skillet after skillet after several months once the non stick starts sticking. It didn't matter if it was from walmart or calphalon, everything sticks eventually. However, I have been using the Anolon Titamium for about 4 months and they look as good as the day I took then out of the box. Clean up is simple, too. I have not had any sticking at all and I use the skillets almost every day. A+ for Anolon Titanium

I like the size and the chrome handles and lid.

Great value, many uses

This pan is excellent for everyday use. It is a perfect size and is versitile for many kitchen projects.

Nonstick Pan

This is a perfect size for most all the stove top cooking I do. I stir fry veggies nearly every day, and the clean-up is very speedy.

I use this pan all the time. also have given it as a gift. it is an excellent pan.

Because eggs matter!

I love using this pan for eggs. It's just the right size where the eggs can stay together and not spread across the pan. Come on, who doesn't love a great fried egg sandwich?

Great Gift Idea

Gave these two items to my Daughter for Christmas. They love it and use it every chance they get. They are very happy with it. They are looking forward to more Calphalon nonstick cookware.

Bought this so we would have two, the first one was always in use. Great pan, you can cook almost everything in it.

Caphalon 10-in everyday pan

The pan is great - just the right size, solid, and deeper than the average frying pan. Good heat distribution.

It's the perfect in-between pan for dishes too ample for the omelette / small frypan but too sparse for the larger Dutch ovens and sauciers.

The small handles make it the pan of choice for dishes that go stovetop to oven as well. I'm glad I nabbed the last couple pieces of commercial nonstick before the product line was discontinued--the reviews of the new line have not been kind about its nonstick capabilities.
