The perfect pan

I only wish I had purchased a pan like this a long time ago. I keep it on top of my stove all the time and use it for everything. I'm going to buy one for my daughter.

The metal lid is not my favorite. For a Calaphon product the lid fits and "sounds" a little cheap. Let me be fair though, I wanted the glass top version for the same price and they were out, but the second choice is just that: second rate

handles

this is a very nice addition to any kitchen with it's wide bottom surface and depth, I really like this one alot. But the handles get very hot even when cooking on low, otherwise it would be a 5

Calphalon 10 in pan

I only use Calphalon when it comes to nonstick type pans. Calphalon is great and can handle high heat without damage. This pan is no exception. I works great and lives up to the Calphalon name. This is a small pan. The 10-in size is the lid size not the base. I cook for two people a lot and is it just the right size for that use. For larger meals you may want a bigger pan. Great pan.

Love This Pan

I had always wanted some Calphalon - well when you offered it on sale, I jumped. I am not sorry. It is the perfect size and shape. I love the lid and it has handles. I have recommended this pan to several other people and at least one of those people purchased it at a local store (she may have gotten the larger one for her larger family). I love the non-stick surface, it cleans like a dream. In fact, I liked this pan so much that I have now purchased other pieces of Calphalon. Thank you.

A Bit Below My Expectations

While I love the functionality of the pan, I was disappointed upon opening the package to find that the lid has scratches and, in areas, is pitted. Possibly why the price was reduced. Since I not only purchased one for myself, but 3 additional to give as gifts, I can only hope that the others are in better condition. I expect Calphalon to be top of the line in both performance and appearance. I would cautiously approach buying another special product offer.

I was surprized,to see that this pan can brown;since,I am a cajun cook.I Love everything about it.Although,I have an electric stove.I would like to find something,to put on the burners to give even heat.Other,than that,the pan is great,Love the nonstick,and the size,is just right,for 2 people.

A Truly Incredible Pan

This pan is incredible. It's the most versitile pan in my kitchen. I've done everything from sear and broil steaks, to make fluffy pancakes. It has become my #1 go to pan in my kitchen. With the holidays coming up, I got a second one.

Versatility

I live alone and find the size of this pan
to be perfect for saute and oven roasting
for one or two. Cleanup is easy and the
metal lid that can go in oven is a big plus.
I plan to buyother pans in this series.

This is a very apt name for this pan. It rarely gets put in the cubboard. Cleans beautifully...a great pan. I need a 12in pan at a reasonable price just like it!

Great product for stated use of "Everyday Pan" now that all of the kids are out of the house and we are cooking for just two. Goes from stovetop to oven; heavy guage heats evenly and retains heat well; easy to clean. So handy that we just bought a second one.
