I couldn't be happier with the 10 inch every day pan. Heat distribution is quick and even. It's become a favorite Great value for the price.

I was looking for pricing on another product when I came across this pan on sale. It was an irresistable price, I needed a new pan that size, knew the quality of the product (my daughter has an entire set), so I purchased one for me and each of my daughters. I like that it has two handles, cooks food evenly, and it is easy to clean.

I ordered the pan because it was suggested as a good pan for paella. I should have been more alert to realize that the pan was actually not large enough for most paella recipes. It is a nice pan but I started my paella in it and had to transfer it to a larger pan. I think a 12 inch pan of this type might be good for paella and perhaps the handles would not get so hot if they were not so close to the gas flame. I found it difficult to hold while stirring even with a hot pad before I realized it was too small for what I was doing.

I bought 2 of these pans on sale . one for me and one for my daughter. We both use these every day for everything and anything. My favorite part is the clean up. Easy peezy. Nothing sticks to it and I can use metal utensils and it doesnt hurt it.
It could be a tad bigger but this is ok. Love it!

PERFECT SMALL PAN

This is a perfect smaller pan. The two things that drew me to it were: the cover, and more important, the two handles. I have severe arthritis in my hands andI cannot pick up a pan with only one handle. This is a great non-stick pan and the price was incredible.

Best Everything Pan

I love this pan. It even fits in my convection/toaster oven. Love their whole line of products. This was an addition to my set, that I purchased on TDY. I will never buy anything but Calphalon cookware.

Excellent Everyday Pan by Calphalon

I've used this 10-in. non-stick pan several times now and am very pleased with it. It sautes food beautifully, it's easy to clean and roomy enough for sauteing veggies for 4 to six people (as a side dish). I do recommend it...highly! You can cook just about anything in it, and the fact that it comes with a good sturdy lid just adds a bonus to the package for me.

Not Happy With Handles.

I am very disappointed with pan - the handles get too hot , I wish it had different handles. I, also, wish it were dishwasher safe but it is really good about not letting food stick ( I like that). I guess I should have paid more attention to what I was ordering. Many Thanks - Pat Waldron

The Nonstick Everyday Pan

This pan provided everything I needed from sauteing to frying to using in the oven. It was so easy to use and to clean up. I would buy this again and buy one for my kids at the same time.

This is my first experience with Calphalon and so far it has been very positive. It is easy to clean . I like the grill pan, but I have noticed that my stove surface gets very hot. I have almost burned myself. I am very careful not to touch the stove around the burner when using the grill pan.

THIS PAN IS JUST THE RIGHT SIZE WHILE COOKING FOR JUST THE TWO OF US. IT GOES FROM OVEN OR STOVE RIGHT TO THE TABLE AND LOOKS GREAT. CLEANING IS A BREEZE!

Two words: Absolutely great..........We use the pan nearly every time we cook, and it more than lives up to it's advertised standards. We also have the 12" pan, and it performs just as well......

Good Design and Function

I searched locally for a good heavy-duty nonstick skillet. I was unable to find something that was heavy enough to cook evenly. I needed a 12 inch or larger, but all I could find was the 10 inch everyday pan. I bought two, and this has functioned quite well. They are easy to clean. I carmelized some almonds and used a paper towel to wipe the pan clean between batches. The commercial grade is heavy and the lines are attractive. I like the dome lid. The price was great--it was on clearance for about $50.00 each. Hope to find other pieces made this well!

Cooks evenly, very easy clean up. Easy to handle. If only it had the domed glass lid like Calphalon's Tri-Ply Stainless Cookware.
