A multi tasking crepe pan

This is the second time that I have bought this pan in the last 5 years. Not because the first has worn out but rather because I use it all the time decided that I wanted and second. Yes it is great fro Crepes - it cooks evenly and the short slanted sides are ideal for flipping. The non stick is great and keeps the use of butter to a minimum. However I started using the pan to make eggs and flip them or make omelets and brown them in the broiler and that worked great. Now I use it for just about any thing that doesn't require a high rim so it has been an excellent investment.

Crepe Pan

This is a very versatile pan. I make grilled cheese sandwiches in it for my granddaughters, omelets that turn out perfectly, and plan to do some crepes in the near future.

Versatile Crepe Pan

While my initial intent was to use this pan to make crêpes, I have since found it to be an exceptional omelet pan, as well, allowing for easy clean-up and a perfectly shaped omelet. I highly recommend most cookware by Calphalon, as I have had their products, many for over 10 years, and have never been disappointed in their performance.

My husband, who does not cook often, loves this
pan. He is the family's grilled-cheese sandwich maker and now doesn't complain when asked to make one. He's beginning to think he is a chef!

Calphalon is the best

This was a replacement for one I had for years. I wanted the same pan because it does so many cooking jobs in the kitchen. This pan has replaced my deep frying pan because this pan is deep enough to fry and saute. A very versitile pan.

I really liked the size of crepe that this pan makes. Also like the fact that it is non stick. My only criticism is that the pan is a little heavy. I like to flip my crepes and it is hard to do with this pan.

I purchased this for a friend who loved crepes, so I bought it for her. She just raved about how nice it was and how beautiful her crepes cooked. She also made her husband a omelet the following week and she could not belive how nice this skillet worked. I have purchased all of the Calphalon pots and pans. I love them and I knew she would too.

Best for Crepes

A guest poked holes in the non-stick of our pan and we had to replace it. New one arrived quickly and was initiated successfully the next day. Heavy for even heating on crepes and tortillas. Strongly recommended

non-stick crepe pan

I have used this crepe pan several times since it arrived and am very pleased with it's performance. It took a few times to get the hang of it, having a new stove, plus the new pan, but it is working out perfectly. The crepes are just right, and the pan is very easy to maintain. It is a very good value if you are looking for a pan that makes terrific crepes and is very versatile.

Better than expected

I wasn't sure what to expect with this Crepe Pan. But figured with the reduced price I couldn't do to badly ordering it. When the box arrived I was truly amazed as to the quality and workmanship of this pan. It was way better then expected. I would certainly recommend this Crepe Pan to anyone who needs one. Of course we use it for more then just making crepes with it.
