Best Nonstick Crepe Pan

This pan is lightweight yet sturdy enough for everyday cooking. The pan has a good feel in the hand. It produces wonderful crepes, light and evenly thin. The nonstick quality allows for easy removal, but I do suggest use of a light cooking spray.

Calphalon rocks!

This pan is a little lighter in weight than my last one, but eggs, etc., just slide right out of it. Great non-stick surface. The handle is a bit thinner than I'm used to, but overall, the pan is just what I wanted!

Great Pan

This pan is the perfect size for crepes of any kind. At first I was a bit leary of the sides not having as much slope as my old pan...but after few tries...I have crepes flipping in air again. Calphalon is the best for heat control and the weight is perfect.

crepes delight

I have always wanted an actual crepe pan rather than simply using an 8 inch sautee pan. The difference of the flat bottom does let the batter cook evenly and allows the edges to be the right thicknes. I'm delighted!

Great griddle

These griddle are being used at the Sons of Norway lodge at our monthy Norwegian Pancake Breakfast. We cook several hundred Norwegian pancakes at each event and all the cooks rave about these pans about the ease of use, heat distribution and even cooking.
