Calphalon Pans

My husband only buys Calphalon. Cooking with the pan is excellent. Do not have this pan. Great price.

The very best 10 inch Griddle by Calphalon

I ordered this griddle two years ago and use it every day. I loved it so much I ordered one for my
co-worker as a birthday gift. When my son moved, I sent it with him and ordered another one. The
price keeps going up so I ordered another one
and put it away for the future.It is excellent for
everything such as eggs, potatoes, hamburgers,
vegetables, etc. I use a lid from one of my other skillets for some of the cooking. I never want to be
without this griddle. It is my favorite.

Size

Was a little disappointed on the size when I opened it up but it is perfect really and plenty of room when you are cooking for two.

This nonstick griddle was an absolute joy to use!

griddle=skillet ?

The griddle is a griddle. I was expecting it to be more deeper like a skillet.

Just what I wanted and on sale too!!!

Not just for crepes.

My Grandson is always asking for cheese quesadillas. This is the best gadget for them and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Making eggs

New pan is Fantastic!!!!! Husband loves it, no more eggs that go into pan and then stick! The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to is the size, 10" is a little small, but we are making due. I have their bigger 12" deep pan and we just love that!

So happy I ordered the nonstick Griddle, I'm using it every day. Just love the pan. Can't say enough about it.

Perfect little crepe pan!

I was looking for a replacement crepe pan since my old one had lost it's non-stick coating, and this was perfect! It's a great pan for cooking up a couple of eggs omelet style, crepes, or making a grilled cheese. Great purchase!

Great value

Just ordered my second one of these. The first one lasted about 5 yrs - pretty good for a daily-use nonstick.

This is a perfect pan for eggs. Its nonstick coating is of high quality, and because it's a 10" pan, it's pretty lightweight and easy to handle.

It's not for making sauces and such, because the edges are very shallow.

Great for what it does - and at $35, it's a major bargain, having retailed for $85 and still being sold all around the internet for $65-80 (as of summer 2012).

If this fits your needs, it's a no-brainer.

Good Stuff!

I own All Clad but I think, from my usage, that Calphalon is a better product. This griddle, compared to All Clad, heats faster and more evenly. The non-stick surface releases quickly and there is no need to use a lubricate on the non-stick surface. Good stuff! Plan on getting rid of the All Clad and building a kitchen around Calphalon.

Best crepe pan ever!

This is the absolute best crepe pan out there. I make crepes at least twice a week and this pan works wonderfully. No problems with sticking. Washes up easily. Great weight. Perfect!

Commercial Nonstick Crepe Pan (10-inch)

I love my Calphalon Commercial Nonstick. Unfortunately they are not available any longer, but this was still available new in August 2012. It is as good (works and looks great) as my other Calphalon Commercial Nonstick cookware. I wish I could persuade Calphalon to bring back the Commercial Nonstick line.

Nonstick Crepe Pan, (10-in.)

I have an older one of these and my granddaughter kept borrowing my pan. I use it to cook eggs, both fried and scrambles. She liked the eggs I cooked and learned to cook the also. It is super for that purpose as well as mini pancakes. It is an excellent product.

ease of use

I love this pan! Clean up is a breeze and it looks good on my stove. What more could you want.

This is a great pan. I now have 3. The newer one I reserve for crepes and the oldest I use as the world's best searing pan. The low side and high heat tolerance make it great for this.

I really like this pan. It is the second one that I have purchased. I like the low sides for cooking crepes, pancakes and hoe cakes.
