Nonstick Stir Fry Pan, (10-in.)

I bought this thinking i would replace pulling out my large hammered wok for meals for only my wife and I. It works perfect for smaller amounts, heats up quickly and cleans up nicely. Only issue is no lid, but I have an abundance of them and found one that fits OK

I like the pan. It is a gift for someone who likes to cook. I do think it is pricey. But It was what he wanted so I bought it.

Wok Don't Run!

Well made wok. The non-stick coated thick aluminum makes for steady even heat even on an electric range. St. Paul sandwich or great Egg Foo Yungs are now a snap.

Perfect size

I love this pan, it's the perfect size for smaller stir fry dishes . It has a great non stick finish and with even heating qualities that make this a value

Calphalon non-sticks

Best non-stick pans. Disappointed the handle did not have a rubber over gripper for the pan is heavy in relation to the handle.

Similar to a wok but its smaller so fits better in the storage cabinet

Overall Nice Pan

This is my second one replacing the first one which lasted about 5 yrs before the non-stick surface started sticking. Good perfect for cooking for 2 people. I haven't used the new one yet and hope it'll last longer than the first one.

perfect mini wok!

just received this but i can see how useful this pan will be for my hubby and me. love stir fry dishes and this is so easy to clean. i'll also use this for steaming veggies (have the pan and cover for it already).

Relly conducts heat very well, which is important for stir fry cooking. Love it!

Great Value - Good Size

I am very pleased with this Stir Fry Pan. It is not too heavy and the handle stays cool. I have used it several times and nothing sticks. It is easy to clean too.

Wok

This wok is just the right size,for small servings. Chinese or I love to do my veggies in it. Handle stays cool. Very stylish also.

Cooks well, nice size, easy to clean

I really enjoy using the pan. I love to stir fry now and I do it 3-4 times a week. I never ate much vegetables but now cooking with the pan has helped me enjoy cooking and eating different kinds of vegetables. It is a nice size but not too big. It is very easy to clean. It is a little heavier than I expected but it makes it sturdier. Overall, I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone.

I have previously purchased Calphalon pans and it was time to buy a new stir fry pan so I started checking prices. This was a few dollars more than the cheapies I could find online but it is excellent quality. A heavy pan which allows heat to be distributed evenly, easy to clean and it looks good too! If you haven't tried Calphalon before I would highly recommend them. These are the best pans I have ever used.

Quick and Easy

Sautees in half the time of regular pans, just ad a small amount of oil. Wonderful for vegies!

Incredible cooking

I bought this stir fry pan and used it for the very first time to make fried rice. For the first time, my rice actually turned out the way it was supposed to. This pan is impeccable! It is very easy to clean and NOTHING sticks to the surface. Great buy!

Stir Fry Pan - the best

Absolutely love this pan. Such good quality. Made stir fry a couple times already and it works perfectly. No sticking at all and cleans up great.
