Much Smaller than I thought

Have not had a chance to use any of the items that I purchase as of yet. Still in the process of relocating. The stir fry pan is much smaller than I had anticipated. I would like to return it for a lager one.

My New Favorite All-Around Pan

I bought this pan thinking it was the smaller version, which I borrow from my Mom all the time. When it arrived, I thought I would rarely use it because it seemed too large. I was incredibly wrong! This pan is the perfect size! I have room to saute, stir-fry, and deep fry easily. I like to make Asian dishes: Chinese and Thai in particular. The corn-starch thickeners and sauces used in many of these recipes that stick in other pans cause no challenges here. I go from sauteing the shallots and garlic to browning meats to adding the vegetables and sauces effortlessly. Think outside the box with this pan. I scramble eggs for breakfast, and everyone knows eggs love to stick. The non-stick surface makes both cooking and clean-up a breeze. Since Apparently, I seem to be a rather sloppy cook as I am swirling those ingredients, and now, everything stays in the pan (much to my dogs' disappointment). As I said in the subject, this pan is my new favorite!

Good for quick and easy stir frying

This pan is small, so it is only appropriate for stir-frying small amounts of ingredients, but it is ideal for that purpose. It is heavy, heats well and holds the heat, and the non-stick coating is heavy duty.

Everyday cookware

This nonstick stir fry pan is such a great pan to use on a daily basis and for practically most of the dishes we cook. It's also very easy to clean and maintain.

This was a gift for someone and we were both impressed with the quality. The weight is good, the size and the curve of the sides are perfect, and nothing sticks to it.

10" Wok

In my experience the first "non-stick" that's "non-stick".......ever. Thank you Calphalon and Food Network Store. You have my business from now on.

Great pan - a little smaller than I thought it would be but seems to be of good quality

Just the right size...

This pan is fantastic. It is just the right size to make stir fry for one or two. Little to no butter or oil is needed making it a good choice for cutting unwanted fats. It is lightweight enough to lift easily but heavy enough for most cooking jobs. I even used it to make scrambled eggs because my other pans were either too small or too large. A great addition to my cookware. Shipping was unbelievably fast also!

Good quality, solid product, even heating. Wish it came with a see-thru lid.

Protective Layer Peeled off after first use

Not worth the money. The non stick layer peeled off right after the first usage. What a waste of money. I returned right away.

good for many tasks

This pan uses the small elec. element on my stove. If it was 1.5 inches less deep and the bottom was 2 inches wider, it would be the perfect shape. Nice and heavy (good construction) great nonstick properties solid handle very durable. I expect this pan to last many years.

Pan excellent, packaging abominable

The pan is great. It's the only pan I've used since I got it. I use it for everything; it's even great for cooking eggs! Heats very evenly. However! I'm not happy at all with the shipping materials. I am now the proud owner of approx. two cubic feet of styrofoam peanuts that I can't find a "green" way to dispose of. I'm extremely reluctant to make future purchases from this site. The guilt is simply too overwhelming. This is why I marked "No" for recommending the product--it's the packaging I'm against, not the product, but I'm not sure it's possible to get the one without the other.

Incredible cooking

I bought this stir fry pan and used it for the very first time to make fried rice. For the first time, my rice actually turned out the way it was supposed to. This pan is impeccable! It is very easy to clean and NOTHING sticks to the surface. Great buy!

Quick and Easy

Sautees in half the time of regular pans, just ad a small amount of oil. Wonderful for vegies!

Great pan

I love this pan. I really like stir fry but didn't think about making it often until now. This pan hangs on my pot rack and reminds me to do stir fry more often. Great way to get veggies on the table.

Calphalon Stir Fry Pan

The pan cooks just fine although it could be larger.
