I could not be happier, this stir fry pan is excellent. It's perfect for stir frying for 2 to 3 people. Nothing sticks and everything is cooked evenly. I like that fact that the clean up is so easy, you can take a paper towel and wipe it clean.

Nice pan

I thought it would be bigger, but it's a very nice pan. I haven't been able to cook with it yet, but it seems to be a well crafted pan. It arrived well within the dates I expected it in, in great shape. So far, so good. Ken

great size for two

I have a regular size Calphalon nonstick wok that I haveused several times a week. This smaller size wok will be handy for my husband and I now that the kids are gone.

Good pan for quick stir fry!

I have recently purchased this pan for use as a stir fry pan so that I may eat healthier. I find that it meets my needs perfectly and I am loosing weight and eating much healthier meals. I also use it with my bamboo steamer that I purchased at the food network store.

I have not used this as a stir fry pan yet, just one to use when I want to evenly distribute sauce on what I have cooked. My husband is diabetic and most of the carbs seem to come from sauces, this pan lets me control the amount of sauce and since everything is evenly coated the taste is there without the heavy carbs of too much sauce.

NOT WHAT I WANTED

I had looked at this wok for some time so I could have a better pan to cook for just 2. I cook every day an have for 30 years. I was disappointed when I got it. The handle is thin and is difficult to work with in a mans hand. I am also sick and tired of buying things that are made in China. I found the same brand of Wok with a larger handle for the same price in a local Dept. store that is made in the USA!!! So I bought it and sent this wok back.

Wok like a man

This is dandy. The small flat bottom provides support without too big a hot spot.Not a purist's wok but good and easy to clean.

Nice pan, please add lid

This is a wonderful stiry fry pan and the non-stick really is great! It would be perfect if it just had a lid to go with it. Would buy again and would like to see more of this non-stick type.

Stir Fry Pan

I love to cook stir fry and have been using a regular fry pan. This is so much better. The food cooks faster and is more evenly cooked.

Fun size pan

I wanted a wok-type of pan that wasn't so huge. This pan fits the bill. Great for those quick little lunches.
