    Not the best for the money

    Great non-stick surfc, cool, comfortable handle, but extra curve/lip in pan wall prevents easy flipping of omelets or sauteing food.

    I ordered 2 of these skillets, one for myself and one for my daughter-in-law and we both absolutely love using them. Of course, I am somewhat prejudiced. I absolutely love Calphalon cookware!

    I am a grad student who only discovered my passion for cooking a couple of years ago. This is my 1st piece of Calphalon cookware, and I pondered which pan I should buy first that would go a long way for the money. It is a very versatile piece, and I'm looking forward to adding more Calphalon to my collection. I absolutely love it!

    While this is an excellent non-stick pan, especially for the price, I am tending to lean away from using teflon coated pans for reasons of health.

    I purchased this pan for my eldest Son and his wife and they both really like it. It is exactly what they wanted and are very pleased to cook in it. She said that she uses it every day and with 5 sons I would think so.

    Although unlike the Everyday Pan that I got some months ago, this is an excellent pan that turns out fantastic omelettes. It is easy to turn them in this pan and the browning is even. Very nice.

    This is a very nice everyday pan. I wish I had the 12 inch pan,also. The 10 inch size would be excellent for one or two people, but for larger families, the 10 inch is too small.
