The skillet is a good size and weight. I checked out other products but they were extemely heavy. The nonstick coating is working well. Good product.

configuration of pan

I did not like the configuration of the pan. Not compatible with lids in my system. I have since returned the product and am awaiting credit

Price

I have seen this exact same product in stores cheaper and I thought I would be getting this product for the best value I could by ordering from your website and Disappointed by this fact. May try shopping her again if I feel the value is the best I can get. In today's economy the consumer needs all the help they can get and I do not feel that you are in that mode. But I do like the pan.

Replacement

I bought this pan to replace a Calphalon 10" non-stick pan I purchased 16 years ago. After all that time the non-stick surface was no longer non-stick. I hope I get the same wear from this pan.

I bought this after I got the larger pan. This is great for everyday use. Made with quality materials, cooks evenly. Love it!

gave it as a gift to my daughter-in-law and she immediately threw away her old omelette pan.

inside of pan

The inside measurement is much smaller than the 10 inches it promises. I have another brand at home where the inside is the same size as the rim. I wish it were dishwasher safe and the coating less delicate.

10-inch Omelette Pan

All Calphalon is great! I have a large selection - wouldn't think of using anything else. This Omelette Pan is just as advertised - perfect!

Great basic pan

This pan is a great basic skillet. I use it for everything. It heats evenly and cleans up easily.

performance

I already had the 12 in. pan and loved it so I new that I had to have the 10 in. pan as well. Now I have the perfect size for any recipe and any crowd that I cook for. I also bought the glass covers for each pan and love them as well. I especially love the fact the pans can go from stovetop to oven.

This is a wonderful pan. It is a little heavy, as most good pans are, but I use it for almost everything and will be purchasing more Calphalon in the near future. It really makes a difference cooking in a good pan!

This skillet was a gift for my son. He is single and has decided to explore cooking. Until now he was cooking with hand-me-downs, very inexpensive cookware, etc. So for Christmas we decided to help hime "explore" with proper equipment. He is very happy with the skillet, and I am told he uses it a lot. I am his mother and am retired and on a fixed income so the sale price was of great help for me.
I also wanted to get him the 1.5 qt pot with lid. However, it was out of stock. I was notified that it was out of stock and requested to be notitified when it comes available (hopefully on sale). To date I haven't received the notification and look forward to receiving it so I can help him on his journey of exploration. P.S. I used his comments to answer the survey.

I love it! I can do "no-fat cooking" with ease. Omelettes turn out beautifully as does everything else I cook. I also have the 12" everday pan and it's only the size that makes me use one over the other -- great product.
