    The Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick is very satisfying to cook with and easy to clean; however, I am concerned about what I am hearing about Teflon and cancer risk. I wonder if the polymer on this cookware is a type of Teflon?

    I love this pan and so does my family...they've taken the name of OMLETTE and went to a whole new level just to use the pan....I in turn ask that no ONE clean it except me so that I can make sure its done properly. If I pay the price i want to make sure it lasts.

    Heavy and well balanced. Higher sides make it great for shaking food while sauteeing without making a mess.

    This is a great skillet...for more than just omlettes. It fries, sautes and is an awesome pan for eggs. My wife loves it for her egg & cheese breakfast meal. It cooks evenly and all it needs for cleanup is a bunched up paper towel. Gotta love it.

    It's a great product. I couldn't bring myself to pay full retail for this pan, but offered at a special price, the Calphalon is more attractive. It may even inspire me to pay full price for more!

    We are a family of six, and I cook constantly. This pan is fantastic, cooks beautifully, cleans like a dream. I plan on getting the larger version of it because I need a bigger pan for browning or frying. But, I must say I love this pan and it is a great price! Even with the exchange rate in Canada, it was a fantastic deal!

    A great skillet! The non-stick Calphalon is always a winner. The only caveat to this skillet is the rivets - they're a little hard to clean around. Otherwise, a good flat-bottomed number to have around for sauces and such.

    I am happy with the skillet but I thought it was larger I thought it was ten inches across bottom and straight sides so I didn,t get exactly what I thought i was getting

    I love cooking almost anything and everything in this pan, I have used it as a small deep fry pan, to a saute pan. I have cooked breakfast, lunch and dinners using this pan. A great tool for the single person or small family.
