I purchased this pan on sale and I'm glad I did. The pan is heavy enough to keep from sliding and warping, non-stick and has a stay cool handle.

While I choose not to use the cheap teflon pans, I love the ease of cooking on non-stick surfaces. Cleanup is s breeze.

All in all, I'm very pleased with this pan and my purchase.

A very fine piece of cooking equipment

This is an excellent Omelette Pan and I have been very pleased with the weight, non-stick capability and the heat dispersion for even cooking. I would happily recommend it to any chef whether novice or expert. An excellent value for the money.

I bought this for my daughter, and she loves it. She has gone back to cooking more and less TV dinners.

Great item

Great item so far. I will have to let you know for how long the non-stick coating stays on the pan. I had used grocery store pans for a long time, replacing them every 6 months to a year. All were lightweight, didn't balance on my electric stove, and began fraying their coatings after 6 months. This one is flat, stays flat on the stove and has remained non-stick for 2 weeks.

This pan is a joy to use. It makes a perfect omelet - I struggled with 8-inch pans before getting this one, and I discovered that the 10-in really allows the egg to spread better and cook more completely. But the size is not what makes this pan great. It cooks SO evenly, and the handle stays cool as a cucumber. Clean up? Hah - a piece of cake with this pan. I use it almost every day for much more than omelets; it's terrific for sauteed onions and veggies. It is very well balanced, and is weighty enough to be sturdy and useful, but not so heavy that it becomes cumbersome. I LOVE this pan, and I have already purchased two more Calphalon pieces; I have found my perfect cookware!

Very happy to have purchased this skillet. I love it. It's an excellant value, good weight with good, even heat distribution. A pleasure to use.

This is an excellent new design that is a cross between the regular 10" skillet and the 3 qt. saute pan. The higher lip helps with dishes that require a lot of turning and mixing.

This is a great pan. The nonstick coating is very good and the shape of the pan is nice. It's the right size for cooking a couple of eggs or an omlet and I also cook crepes in it. The handle doesn't get hot even though it's metal. The pan is super easy to clean too. The only thing that is a bit of a problem is that the handle is heavy so the pan sometimes tips when it's on the burner. I think this is only because my stove is old and the burners are not level. It doesn't tip at all if I set it on the counter.

Great pan so far!! Browns well, heats evenly, works great with my smooth top stove, and has a nice feel. Looking to buy a larger pan to match this one.
