All Clad is known for its superb quality in cookware and this 10-in. slope-sided Skillet demonstrates why. It combines the excellent heat conductivity of copper with the easy maintenance and beauty of stainless steel. Crafted in a unique five-ply construction, the cookware contains a core of pure copper that spreads heat quickly and evenly across the bottoms of pots and pans and all the way up the sides. Its polished 18/10 stainless-steel handle is riveted to the pan for strength, grooved on the top and rounded on the bottom for comfort, and holed in the end for hanging on a hook or peg. The long handle stays cool on the stovetop but won't be harmed by an oven's highest heat. Hand wash, as dishwasher-use will deteriorate the pan's exterior beauty.

Everybody should have one of these skillets

This is the best skillet I have ever used. It heats evenly and clean-up is a breeze. The stay-cool handle is a great safety idea. The only thing I could wish for is a lid to fit it.

Great Pan

What can I say about All Clad? It is definitely the best frying pan that I have ever used. You have to be a little bit careful with the heat but other than that it is a dream to cook with.
