I was looking for a frying pan or pan without all those chemicals,.
I hear those Teflon non-stick pans leech chemicals into food. And the
stainless steel pans always stick and ruin food. I looked
at many "EarthPan" types, and finally decided upon this one based on
the description. This is a really great pan! It truly is non-stick and it is
a breeze to clean up. I hand wash mine.
