Each knife in this line is cut from a piece of steel using a laser beam to make a perfect blade. For thinly slicing roast beef, ham or other roasts, this long and slender 10-in. Slicer has wavy indentations on the blade so meat won't stick while you're cutting. Use it for slicing turkey breast once it's removed from the bird.

I absolutely love this knife. I have been shopping for one for a long time and was very excited when I found it at Cooking.com. I was especially please with the price. The knife itself has perfect balance, draws like butter through meat, and performs even better than advertised.
