All Clad Anodized is most forgiving

Our lives are nuts, I mean we have so little time to get it all done that sometimes dinner dishes sit for a day (sadly, sometimes more). But this All Clad by Emeril series is the MOST forgiving. I have slowly replaced all my old stovetop skillets / fry pans with this series of cookware because of this. These pans rock, I have had the 5qt saute pan for about 3 years now, and it's still as awesome as the day I took it out of the package, and that's after 1-3 days per week use. Now I have the 10" and 7" fry pans too, and they are also holding up as well. My husband, who likes to scorch everything he cooks, cook in oil, and then leave it on the stovetop has been using these and they have survived his rough handling. The only hard and fast rule we use is that you NEVER cook with oil and then do it again without first washing out the pan with soap - that seems to be a key to keeping the finish from getting ruined.

I feel it's priced somewhat high. I do love the product; it cleans beautifully, isn't too heavy, cooks evenly. I will always pay a good price for a well made product; however, I do think it was a bit pricey.
