"In 2007 I met the designers of Ergo Chef at a gourmet show. I used the cutlery on stage during my demo and was given a set to take home. After a year of wear and tear in my kitchen - trust me it can be a knife gauntlet - I was hooked on the quality and design of Ergo Chef’s product. Before I knew it, I was teaming up with them to develop my own collection. We sketched a range of designs lookin’ for the select few that really rocked technically and aesthetically!
I’m a Hot Rod guy who knows that in order to do car-building right, you need high quality performance parts. The same idea applies to cooking, so the right knives are key. My product features a combination of the best materials with a design that will blow your mind! Introducing Guy's new Blade Warrior, a 10-in. Diamond Coated Sharpener for keeping andputting a sharp edge on all your knives. Hard TPR Rubber Tip for a non-slip grip and safety when using. A solid durable ABS plastic handle polished with a stainless steel end cap and star for Guy's signature look. Flats on handle hand guard to prevent rolling.

Already purchased one for ourselves & loved it. When they were on sale (50% off), we purchased 3 more as gifts. Would not spend $80 plus, however.

Its an odd shape and does not fit a regular knife block. I don't have a good place to keep it. Too long for the drawer. Would be better if it has a way to hang it up. But it works very well. I would recommend it to others but you need a very large hole in your knife block, it's not round.

Love Love LOVE the Guy Fieri knives and anything that goes with them! Very impressed with this sharpening steel, you can feel it doing what it's suppose to do, and that is great.

Strangely, this sharpener is easier to use than any sharpener I've ever owned. A few swipes on either side of the blade and you're razor sharp. It's a must-have!
