egg holder and saute pan will gently poach up to 5 eggs, each in its own
individual cup. The pan is made of stainless steel-coated aluminum and conducts
heat evenly as it simmers your eggs to perfection. The lid is heat-tempered

Great Egg Poacher

I was happy to find a stainless steel egg poacher without no-stick coating. I lubricated the egg cups with olive oil and they didn't stick at all. Eggs come out great. The glass lid gives a clear view of the eggs as they cook. The pan is heavy enough to use for cooking other than egg poaching so it's not just a single purpose tool.

The egg poacher works well. It has a nice glass lid and it is easy to get the poacher cups in and out and easy to clean. The stainless steel is a little thinner than I anticipated. I hope that it will be long lasting.

I have been searching for a good egg poacher for years and am delighted to find this one by Norpro. I tried a poacher with plastic cups which gave the eggs a decidedly plastic taste, and I returned it. This poacher leaves no taste in the eggs and is very easy to use. I spray the cups with Pam, and the eggs slip right out of the cups. Love having 5 cups. No drawbacks to this product!

I have gone through a few egg poachers, teflon coated, and finally ound this wonderful one. The best choice I ever made, I paid more than I have ever had before, but thisone shall be my last one for along time.

Very pleased with the product-a little butter and the eggs slipped right out. Can use for other things like heating up small amounts of food.

I purchased the egg poacher for my daughter. It was the only one I could find with metal cups and not those black cups. I had bought the same kind for her several years ago but it was lost in a recent move, and she wanted the same kind because she had melted a black cup on the last one that she had. It took me a while on line to find the product that I wanted. Personally I would prefer a smaller one with 4 cups but I never found one.
