I had been looking all over for a marble rolling pin. Silly me-I watch a number of Food Network programs, and it never dawned on me to check out you online store. What a wonderful selection you have! You have to have this rolling pin to go with the matching pastry board. It's attractive, heavy and pastry remains at an optimum temperature and doesn't stick to this rolling pin. I'm very happy because I've been able to make light, thin pastry and crusts for my pies.

The rolling pin I had been using is over 60 yrs old and the handles were almost off. This arrived just in time. It is heavier but things don't stick. It's wonderful.
