Viable alternative to all wood

Very good, solid rolling pin. Marble makes a great alternative to all wood rolling pins.

The extra weight and smoothness makes rolling dough easier.

Quality product.

Really good roller, weight helps with rolling dough. Nice price and as good as any expensive roller out there.

Great rolling pin, dough doesn't stick. The only thing that would make it better is if it didn't have the handles, but that's easy to fix.

Excellent Value Marble Rolling Pin

by Diane, NH
December 26, 2008

I have always used a wooden rolling pin and when it came time to replace it I didn't want to make a large investment. I bought this marble rolling pin and it has the convenience of wooden handles but the prperties of marble. I used it for all my Holiday baking and was super pleased with its performance. It kept the dough chilled and I used much less flour in rolling it out. This rolling pin is a great value for the money it cost.

The lady I gave it to loves it. The only thing was when I received it one of the wood handles was broken. She didn't mind though because she didn't want the handle anyway.

I had a very expensive marble rolling pin, and dropped it and it unfortunatley broke. I went to cooking.com and found this one for so cheap, I was shocked. This rolling pin is great and is just as good as my professional one I had before. I highly reccommend this for any baking or when making pasta. It's a great addition to any kitchen!

I received my marble rolling pin and immediately put it to work! I rolled out a crust for a berry pie. The weight of the pin helps me roll the crust out evenly. Plus, the mable pin stays very cool. So, it helps the crust remain flaky even on a hot, humid day. Great product sold by the best company!

I had checked several locations for a Marble Rolling Pin for my daughter-in-law. They were mostly in the $80 range. This rolling pin was excellent in quality and only $15!!! She used it to make yeast rolls for Christmas dinner and also for the pumpkin pie.

I purchased this rolling pin for my mother, who has a home based pie making business. She has arthritis in her hands and at first she felt that it would be too heavy, but when she tried it she was amazed at how much easier it was to use than her usual wooden pin. She won't use anything else now. PLUS it looks great in her kitchen!

This is the BEST priced and BEST quality pin I was able to find. Shipping was fast - even to Canada - and customer service was excellent. I made a great gift choice. Thanks!

awesome rolling pin

by Denise, NY
February 8, 2007

I ordered this rolling pin based on a friend of mine who is a wonderful cook and baker. I used it over the holidays for cookies and pies and it was just as she told me it would be. The weight hepls roll evenly and the marble with just a little flour does not stick like ordinary rolling pins. Per my friends advice I keep mine in the freezer ready for use. It also washes clean easier than an ordinary rolling pin. It was just what I needed for all my pies and cookies.

Rolling Pin

by KAREN, FL
January 18, 2010

I love this rolling pin because it is heavy and I don't have to press down on it while rolling dough. The dough doesn't stick and I never have to worry about cracks in the rolling pin. My wooden one has cracks and is unsanitary. I will make good use of this great kitchen tool.
