Greatest pan ever!
This is by far the best skillet I have ever owned and I own several very heavy copper pans. I wanted a non stick skillet but didn't want one with a coating of any kind as these may not be healthful. I was resigned to having a pan that some foods would just stick to but that hopefully most wouldn't. What a joy this skillet is!! Absolutely nothing has ever stuck and it is a breeze to clean, thank you for a superior product. That is certainly something to celebrate these days when it seems that very few things are worth what we pay and don't live up to the ads singing their praises.

These skillet's by All-Clad (I got the 8", the 10", and the 12") are everything I expected when I ordered them. Great heat conductivity, and clean-up was a snap. I look forward to many more years of enjoyable cooking with these skillet's.

If you are young and just starting a collection this should outlive you. I'm older and dissagree with the price on nearly everything. I buy a new piece of All-Clad about twice a year to replace the cheap pieces that are wearing out. This on the otherhand is made as well if not better than some of the cookware that I used in our restaurant 50 years ago. I inherited only a few of what we used way back when.
The handle is very comfortable, the product is of great quality, is easy to clean and makes cooking fun and easy. It has a flat thick cooking surface as opposed to the cheap 'no name' thin cooking surface set I purchased when I was young. When one of the cheap pans got too hot it warped the pan.
Only want to warn that the pan now has heat discoloration, see All-Clad care, from getting too hot. I did follow their instructions to only use medium heat... must be the stove? This is only noticable after cleaning and shouldn't hurt... one oil is added to pan and it is pre-heated it looks like new again. I use a cleanser on the surface occasionally when I want it to look new after washing.
