    I am so totally pleased with this skillet. After I purchased my first one, I wanted the whole world to have one! I have bought several for gifts since then. In my 52 years of marriage, I have never had a skillet that was so easy to clean. It's awesome!

    I love my skillet, its absolutely a joy to cook with. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it isn't manufactured in the United States. Cooks evenly, and looks cute in the kitchen.

    Only drawbacks

    1. Teflon coating comes off too easy. 2. You provide no warning that cooking oil should be used every time to prevent damage to coating. 3. I wish you would pre-prepare the copper bottom so customers don't have to buy baking soda, etc. This prevents immediate use.

    Good heat distribution

    I've only been using the fry pan for about a week and here's what I noticed. The heat is very evenly distributed and makes its way to the cooking surface more quickly than other pans. Browning is very even but requires a lower heat setting on my gas range than I have used with other pans. As expected, after the protective coating is removed and the pan is in sewrvice, the copper bottom turns dark. This would be expected from a real copper bottom. I like the heft of the pan (somewhat heavier than most cookware.) It has a feel of quality. Now we'll see how it does in the long run.
