I saw a great review for this pan in Consumer Reports ShopSmart magazine and ordered it immediately. It lives up to its glowing review! Heats quickly and evenly, cooks evenly, nothing sticks and it's easy to clean. Many 10" pans do not have lids - this one does and it's very high quality. I like the fact that both the pan and lid handles do not get hot...after a while they do get a bit warm but nothing too bad. Overall a great pan that you will use everyday!

I love my 10" pan. Its not too heavy and its just the right size for two people. It is easy to cook food in and easy to clean. Love all their products.

I bought this to replace the 10 inch pan that came with a set I bought years ago. I love that this one has a lid. I have had my calphalon set for over 10 years without a problem. Without naming names, the reason I had to replace the 10" from my set is because my dear husband sprayed PAM into the pan and from that point on items stuck to the bottom. I just grew weary of stuff sticking and bought a replacement. So glad I did. Just follow the care instructions and Calphalon with last for years.

I love this pan; for a long time I have been trying to get my omelette just right and with this pan I am able to. I love the way it feels in my hand; its durable and gets the job done. And of course, buying it on sale does not hurt. I plan to streamline my kitchen with calphalon.

I have given the 10-inch and 12-inch omlettte pans with lids to beginning and experienced cooks (including myself). We all agree that they give outstanding and reliable results. They are the work horses in the kitchen. And so easy to keep clean (I cook with propane) and ready for the next job.

THIS PAN HAS LIVED UP TO EVERYTHING SAID ABOUT IT. IT IS A PLEASURE TO CLEAN, NOTHING STICKS TO IT. UNFORTUNATELY, THE SAME CANNOT BE SAID FOR THE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED CAPHALON STAINLESS STEEL PAN WHICH THE NEW ONE REPLACED. EVERYTHING STUCK TO IT, IT HAD TO BE SOAKED TO GET IT CLEAN AND I FEEL I WASTED A LOT OF MONEY WITH ITS PURCHASE. I WAS A BIT ANXIOUS ABOUT PURCHASING AGAIN FROM CAPHALON BUT I AM NOT SORRY I BOUGHT THE NEW ONE.

My 10 in calphalon skillet had seen it's time, it was 15 years old. I needed a new one and found this with a lid. I love it! It's non-stick and the lid makes a difference. It's a little smaller than I thought, but it still works fine. With the cooking I do, just a little olive oil or butter does the trick. I would recommend this product to everyone.

First of all, this pan comes with it's own lid! (Why do most pans and skillets come without lids now?)
Second, the handle really does stay cool.
Third, so far, nothing that I've cooked in it sticks...at all...and cleanup is a breeze.
Love this pan and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a basic non-stick pan or skillet.

It's true that you get what you pay for. This is a high quality pan. It's true that food doesn't stick in it. Clean-up is easy, with just a dishcloth and hot soapy water. We use it almost every day.

Perfect size with perfect lid. The only problem was the lid was damaged when it arrived. Contacted cooking.com via email and after 1 business day replied with the shipping label for return. Overall experience with this company was satisfactory since they were professional all the way including the other pan I ordered which was on backorder. They gave an option to cancel after their promised shipment date is not possible. That was great.

This product met my expectations. I needed a new 10" pan and didn't consider any other brand. The only negative, and it's a small one, can't use butter-spray on it.
