This product met my expectations. I needed a new 10" pan and didn't consider any other brand. The only negative, and it's a small one, can't use butter-spray on it.

THIS PAN HAS LIVED UP TO EVERYTHING SAID ABOUT IT. IT IS A PLEASURE TO CLEAN, NOTHING STICKS TO IT. UNFORTUNATELY, THE SAME CANNOT BE SAID FOR THE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED CAPHALON STAINLESS STEEL PAN WHICH THE NEW ONE REPLACED. EVERYTHING STUCK TO IT, IT HAD TO BE SOAKED TO GET IT CLEAN AND I FEEL I WASTED A LOT OF MONEY WITH ITS PURCHASE. I WAS A BIT ANXIOUS ABOUT PURCHASING AGAIN FROM CAPHALON BUT I AM NOT SORRY I BOUGHT THE NEW ONE.

Best fry pans on the market at ANY price.

I have given the 10-inch and 12-inch omlettte pans with lids to beginning and experienced cooks (including myself). We all agree that they give outstanding and reliable results. They are the work horses in the kitchen. And so easy to keep clean (I cook with propane) and ready for the next job.

I would give it a "5" if it had the pour lip like the 8" and 12" skillets do.

Great omelette pan

I love this pan; for a long time I have been trying to get my omelette just right and with this pan I am able to. I love the way it feels in my hand; its durable and gets the job done. And of course, buying it on sale does not hurt. I plan to streamline my kitchen with calphalon.

I purchased this pan for my wife because she wanted an omelette pan with a glass cover, she loves it and so do I we use it for almost everything now thanks.

I Love this pan

I bought this to replace the 10 inch pan that came with a set I bought years ago. I love that this one has a lid. I have had my calphalon set for over 10 years without a problem. Without naming names, the reason I had to replace the 10" from my set is because my dear husband sprayed PAM into the pan and from that point on items stuck to the bottom. I just grew weary of stuff sticking and bought a replacement. So glad I did. Just follow the care instructions and Calphalon with last for years.

I love my 10" pan. Its not too heavy and its just the right size for two people. It is easy to cook food in and easy to clean. Love all their products.
