    omelette pan

    I was disappointed in this pan. it scratches easily, it is not a non-stick pan. the steel pan needs to be heated at high and then cooled a bit before cooking, to keep it from sticking. Most of my omelette was stuck in the pan. I wish I had gone for the non-stick pans.
