We like cooking with this ceramic nonstick fry pan, and we think you will as well. The Thermolon nonstick coating doesn't let you leave a single morsel behind, and the three-ply construction provides even heat distribution throughout the pan. The result? Your meals are beautifully cooked and presented, and cleanup is simple. On top of that, this pan features a gorgeous matte finish that makes it as much a showpiece as a work piece in your kitchen. The Thermolon is designed to stand up to regular use, and it's protected by a 2-year warranty against peeling and chafing. The scratch-resistant exterior handles wear well, and the hollow-core handle is solidly riveted to the body so that it stays in place over time. The pan is also dishwasher safe if it needs a deeper cleaning.

I purchased the 8-inch and 10-inch models of this frying pan. Both are outstanding performers. Amzingly even heat is produced across the entire pan for even cooking. The flat bottoms sit squarely on my ceramic cook top and the pans are equally great when used with a propane camp stove. The cooking surface is defintiely non-stick and so slippery, that it is sometimes difficult to push a spatula under the item being cooked as it skitters around the pan. (Problem solved by using a wooden chopstick to hold the food in place while using the spatula.) Cleanup is a snap. One swish with a paper towel or soapy sponge and the pan is ready for more. Great product.
We've not had long term good luck with non-stick pans. We always wash by hand, never put on the highest heat, etc. trying to take care of them. NONE so far have lasted a full 2 years. We cook almost all our meals at home using both stainless and non-stick especially at dinner time. We've tried All-Clad, Cuisinart, Farberware, Camphelon, Cuisinox (Canada company) and probably a few others I cannot remember. We do love our All-Clad stainless pans above the rest but alas even their non-stick did not hold up. Have high hopes for this pan - happy with it now after using for a couple weeks. Seems different that other non-sticks, wish I had found this option 2 years ago when I was buying different brands.
I had really high hopes for this pan after seeing them in constant use on the Food Network's Chopped series but alas, they stopped being nonstick in just a matter of months. Even after following explicit instructions in cleaning and what types of utensils to use for longevity, they have been completely pulled out of rotation in our home kitchen. Still in search of a nonstick pan that is not coated and holds up to regular use.
I have used different ceramic cookware and by far this is the best one. I cook with no oil and I can do hash browns in the oven with the pan and they come out beautiful. Clean up is a breeze and it continues to look like new. Don't be afraid to try this pan you will love it.
I am very pleased with the performance of this ceramic pan. I bought it to be able to cook egg white omelets without nonstick spray. I reach for it all the time now because it is also so easy to clean.
This is the best Fry pan I have used. I have fired onions in this without oil and the pan comes clean with little effort. I even burned oil onto the pan (by accident) and the pan came clean with modest scrubbing.
The only negatives I would add is that the stainless bottoms don't clean as easy and you have to remember to clean the sides when you pour from the pan and not let them bake on and the pan needs a lid to help control spatter.
I love this pan so much I bought another and the 8", 2 2 qrt pans, a 4 qrt, and the 6 qrt dutch oven. Unlike many sets of pans, the saucepan lids do not fit the fry pans!
