It's a lid

This was an impulse buy for me, as I had the All-clad pan but not a lid, and I felt I needed a lid. This lid does no better than my awesome Calphalon splatter screen as a lid, which is what I was using as a lid before I purchased this. So it's not exactly worth the money if you just need the lid for cooking something. If you need the lid for storing something in the fridge, though, this would work well. But what would you be storing in a small fry pan? I dunno, I kind of regret purchasing this. Of course it's well made, but it's definitely not something I need and I will rarely use it, even though I use the matching pan quite a bit.
