Originally designed for professional chefs, each pan has 5 layers, bonded together to ensure even heating. The pure aluminum core is fused with two aluminum alloy layers, sandwiched between durable magnetic stainless steel. The hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface won't react with food. The fry pans are coated with a professional grade Eclipse Nonstick surface that cleans up quickly. The long handles are stay cool. Each handle is secured with non-corrosive rivets. Note: The lids' handles are not stay cool, so use a potholder when lifting. The lids are made of tight fitting stainless steel. This set can be used with electric, gas or induction type stoves.
