I experimented with the non-stick, hard-anodized, etc. cookware and still started to see the appearance of metal in the pans. So where did the non-stick, hard-anodized materials go? Into the prepared food, of course. So, back to basics. Go for the best in stainless steel, copper-cored bottoms, and know that nothing is getting into your food. Beautiful and efficient!

I was pleasantly surprised when I used this cookware. We saw this set, and for the price, thought we'd try it. It spreads the heat well and gives uniform cooking. It is also heavier than I thought it would be, which is really nice (very close to all-clad cookware). The handles are easy to use. It also cleans up well. What a bargain!

Gourmet cookery for the price of junk!

I'm very pleased with these pots and pans, though they do heat VERY quickly on an electric stovetop and I burned one pan immediately - and when these burn, you never quite get the glossy finish and mirror quality back. However they clean up well, the handles really are heat-resistant, they look great and they're hefty; I expect to have and use these for many years. If you're looking to replace your deadly scratched up non-stick stuff, this is a good

Awsome Cookware

I purchased this set because of the name and the price. When I recieved it, I didn't want to use them because they are so beautiful. They work great and clean up is easy. I did have to get used to what heat setting is appropriate, do not need high heat. Other than that I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought the Cuisinart cookware to replace an All Clad set that I no longer be able to use thinking there was no way I'd spend so much for an All Clad set. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the quality and appearance of the Cuisinart set and considering the minor construction difference between the two brands why would anyone spend so much more?
