I experimented with the non-stick, hard-anodized, etc. cookware and still started to see the appearance of metal in the pans. So where did the non-stick, hard-anodized materials go? Into the prepared food, of course. So, back to basics. Go for the best in stainless steel, copper-cored bottoms, and know that nothing is getting into your food. Beautiful and efficient!

I was pleasantly surprised when I used this cookware. We saw this set, and for the price, thought we'd try it. It spreads the heat well and gives uniform cooking. It is also heavier than I thought it would be, which is really nice (very close to all-clad cookware). The handles are easy to use. It also cleans up well. What a bargain!

Gourmet cookery for the price of junk!

I'm very pleased with these pots and pans, though they do heat VERY quickly on an electric stovetop and I burned one pan immediately - and when these burn, you never quite get the glossy finish and mirror quality back. However they clean up well, the handles really are heat-resistant, they look great and they're hefty; I expect to have and use these for many years. Awsome Cookware

I purchased this set because of the name and the price. When I recieved it, I didn't want to use them because they are so beautiful. They work great and clean up is easy. I did have to get used to what heat setting is appropriate, do not need high heat. Other than that I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought the Cuisinart cookware to replace an All Clad set that I no longer be able to use thinking there was no way I'd spend so much for an All Clad set. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the quality and appearance of the Cuisinart set and considering the minor construction difference between the two brands why would anyone spend so much more?

It's all good

I bought this set for my son and his wife for this Christmas as they are now renovating their kitchen. I have Cuisinart too, and it is just a great basic cookware for beginner or advanced cooks. The handles stay virtually heatproof on stovetop, can be put into the oven for continued braising up to 550 degrees, dishwasher safe, has beautiful high polish finish and smooth brushed interiors glisten like satin, no harmful non-stick interiors to chip off into foods. These pieces complement other 18/10 stainless cookware pieces as well. What's also important is that sets like this one offered elsewhere include utensils with it, and the utensils are counted in as part of the set of cookware when they're really not. I just wanted cookware, not unneeded extras, and that's exactly what this set gives you. With free shipping to sweeten the pot (no pun intended), this is a good deal and one we are totally happy with.

Great starter set

I am a chef so Im very picky about my cookware, but I was also on a budget. This set was everything I was looking for great price and quality. I highly recomend it to anyone who is looking for their first cooking set.

We love the Cuisinart cookware so much that this set is actually a replacement for a earlier version of the same cookware. Heat evenly, cleans great, and looks new forever.

Back to stainless steel.

I am delighted with this stainless steel cookware. I am use to cooking with non-stick surfaces, so I thought that stainless steel would stick more, but I was surprised to find out that I didn't have a problem with sticking. I followed the rule of heating the skilled first then adding oil. This works. I bought them for durability, but I was surprised at the excellent performance. They look beautiful also. The stock pot is what I'm most impressed with. I use it all the time because I have a large family to cook for. I highly recommend this set for its quality, especially for those who have tried cheaper stainless steel and didn't like it. Cuisinart makes a much better product that the cheaper brands.

Pretty good value for the price

Ordered the 10-piece Cuisinart last month. So far, both my husband and I really like cooking with these pots and pans. Washes and dries quickly -- Would recommend you towel dry soon after washing to avoid spots. The inside of the pots do lose its shine after the 1st or 2nd use, but the outside is still very pretty and shiny. Who looks inside the pots anyways? great value overall. Before these I had the Simply Calphalon NS set, which scratched easily inside and outside. Much happier with the Cuisinart. Wish I bought these sooner.

Great Value

These were everything I expected and more. They heat evenly and clean up easily. A very good buy.

This cookware heats nice and even on my smooth top range. Clean up is easy if you follow the directions. I have been washing them every so often in the dishwasher which really shines them up too.

The most important, to me, are the stay cool handles. I think it is very important not to have to worry about handling the pots and pans when you are cooking.

Best SS cookware for great price.

After searching for a good quality SS cookware set, I purchased the Cuisinart.

It's by far the best quality for the price. The cookware is thick and durable. Dishwasher safe...and has not turned the pale yellow color some of the more expensive counterparts tend to do once they've been used.

I highly recommend this set...there are also lots of add on pieces as well. Great classic for any kitchen. Sure to be around for years to come!!!

Excellent Cookware

This cookware set is great. It cooks very evenly. I bought it mainly for the price and because it was stainless. There is no reason to buy any of those pricey cookware sets.

Exceptional value for the money

I was very pleased with the quality and appearance of this cookware. I got rid of a more expensive inferior enamel coated set and replaced it with this set. I have not regrets whatsoever. I would recommend this product to anyone considering good cookware at a reasonable price.

Better than I even hoped for!

These pots and pans are great! I have been using them for a few weeks now and don't have any complaints. I never have to use high heat, and as long as I use a cooking spray nothing ever sticks. I am happy to know that I am serving my family food that does not have harmful flakes from those non-stick pans. They also look great! They do have a little discoloration on the inside but nothing stays new forever.
