I'M LEARY ABOUT WHAT TO USE TO CLEAN THE POTS AND PANS...INSTRUCTIONS SAID MILD CLEANER BUT DIDN'T STATE WHAT THAT MIGHT BE.

I gave the cookware to my daughter for her birthday. She is raving about how much she loves it. She says it's the best cookware she's ever owned and loves the way the food does not stick, but says she cooks on medium heat. Great buy! Glad I chose this product for her gift.

I haven't owned this set long and have only used 3 pieces, but I love it. I always cook on medium low and nothing burns. There is a slight discoloration in the bottom, but who cares! The outside stays shiny! I do hand wash and hand dry them to keep them as nice as possible. I'm very satisfied!

THIS IS SOME OF THE BEST COOKWARE i HAVE PURCHASED TO DATE. LIKE ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS IT CLEANS UP NICE, COOKS GREAT. i WAS PARTICULARLY LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO BE ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE AND SAFE TO COOK ON. The pans are brand new and they are already spotted on the bottoms. I'm disappointed that the finish isn't tougher

not sure maybe just not used to using stainless steel. They sure looked pretty but after a few use all the shine is gone.

I bought this set for my Mother and she loves it. It took me a while to get her to use it though because she said it's too pretty to use. She says it is a great set of cookware and cooks wonderfully! The only negatives are that the lids aren't glass and the lids have no drain holes which would have been nice.

I'm very pleased with this product. I am removing all pots and pans that have a non stick surface and replacing them with stainless steel with a core of aluminum.

These pots and pans are great! I have been using them for a few weeks now and don't have any complaints. I never have to use high heat, and as long as I use a cooking spray nothing ever sticks. I am happy to know that I am serving my family food that does not have harmful flakes from those non-stick pans. They also look great! They do have a little discoloration on the inside but nothing stays new forever.

I bought the Cuisinart cookware to replace an All Clad set that I no longer be able to use thinking there was no way I'd spend so much for an All Clad set. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the quality and appearance of the Cuisinart set and considering the minor construction difference between the two brands why would anyone spend so much more?

I'm very pleased with these pots and pans, though they do heat VERY quickly on an electric stovetop and I burned one pan immediately - and when these burn, you never quite get the glossy finish and mirror quality back. However they clean up well, the handles really are heat-resistant, they look great and they're hefty; I expect to have and use these for many years. If you're looking to replace your deadly scratched up non-stick stuff, this is a good
